There are normally 3 meetings each year when the grants are decided. These are towards the end of March, July and November although these dates may vary from time to time. Applicants are advised of the result of their application within 10 days of the meeting.

In allocating grants the Trustees consider carefully the effect on the locality and the number of local people who will benefit. They are always anxious to ensure that the grants are used to good effect.
